CPSF will choose patient safety journals and articles for you to read, comment on, and debate within these pages. We will archive and categorize the articles and comments when the next journal discussion is scheduled.
Our hope is to create a sizable cache of useful patient safety information that can be reviewed and updated for a long time to come.
